Reis Extreme Mixed Martial Arts is a Family Friendly Martial Arts Training Academy, specializing in
KIDS KARATE PROGRAMS! Our goal is to meet and exceed your family's needs in:Life Skills, Fitness
and Self Defense training. Our programs start as young as age 3 and continue through each age bracket
designed to prepare each student for the challenges of the next age specific program. From Lil' Dragons
& Little Ninjas, Juniors to Adults, from our competitive team - Team Reis Extreme - to Weapons Defense
Training, from Family Workouts to Leadership training and from White Belt to Advanced Black Belt, we
have the formula, programs and classes to meet and exceed your training needs.

CLASSES:
1.) Lil’ Dragons = Ages 3 to 4 (30 minute class), student wears Lil’ Dragon uniform (gi).
2.) Little Ninjas = Ages 5 to 6 (45 minute class), student wears Little ninjas uniform (gi).
3.) Juniors Aiki-Kempo = Ages 7 to 12 (45 minute to 1 hour & 15 minute class), student wears appropriate
program uniform (gi).
4.) Adult Reis-Ryu Aiki-Kempo = Ages 13 and up (1 hour to 1 1/2 hour class), student wears appropriate
uniform (gi).
